Youth Summer Programs - 2025 Season

U11 (2014-2015):
Cost:
- EARLY BIRD RATE: $185 for Charlottetown residents*, $200 for non-residents.
- After April 30: $205 for Charlottetown residents*, $220 for non-residents
*City residents use the promocode “2025CITYRATE” before completing payment.
Location:
- Parkman Soccer Complex in East Royalty
Dates/Times:
- Early May - End of August (16 weeks)
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday/Saturday (Depending on what division they are in)
Equipment: Players will receive a full kit (jersey, shorts, and socks) once they are placed into teams. Players need shin pads and cleats.
About:
- The U11 program is a key stage in player development. It is the first year that players move to a larger field and play 7v7 soccer. They will learn positional play along with developing many skills such as ball control, passing, and shooting techniques.
- Players will go through an assessment phase where they will train and play. SPRSC staff and coaches will determine the best division (Division 1, Division 2, or Division 3) for their development throughout the summer.
- League games start near the end of May, on Friday or Saturday. Teams all train at the same time, with some practices being run through stations and others with their team.
- Teams may take part in tournaments throughout the season. All teams take part in our season-ending tournament, August 16th-18th. Tournaments are optional and are an additional fee not included in the registration fee.
U13-U18 (2013 and older):
Cost:
- EARLY BIRD RATE: $190 for Charlottetown residents*, $205 for non-residents.
- After April 30: $210 for Charlottetown residents*, $225 for non-residents

Dates:
- All programs will start in early May.
- For those interested in Premier teams, tryouts will be available in late April for the U13-U18 levels.
- The summer season ends in August.

About:
All youth teams will start with tryouts being offered for premier and first-division teams. Teams will be created before the seasons start in late May. Most teams will train 1-2 times per week and may enter into tournaments throughout the season (tournaments are an additional fee).

The City of Charlottetown provides a $15 player subsidy for Charlottetown Residents. Records are audited to confirm that players live within the city limits.
Important Information
- Some age groups may reach capacity, and late registrations are not guaranteed.
- Players must be registered with their club before participating in any tryouts.
- Early bird pricing will default to regular pricing ($20 more) if not paid by April 30th.
