Financial Assistance

If your player is in need of financial assistance to participate in soccer, KidSport PEI and Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart help ensure that children across Prince Edward Island have the opportunity to participate in organized sport by helping to remove financial barriers. Funding covers registration fees. SPRSC will provide jerseys, however possible expenses such as cleats, shin guards, and possible tournament fees are not covered. SPRSC does accept donations of gently used cleat and shin guards to provide to families in need.

Applicants should go through the registration process and select KidSport or Jumpstart as method of payment. Registration is not complete until a picture of your KidsSport or Jumpstart approval letter has been sent to directorsprsc@gmail.com. Approvals letters must be received within 7 days of registering, otherwise registration will be cancelled. KidsSport indicated the approval process is approximately 2 weeks, so it is strongly recommended to not register until funding confirmation is received.
